The Park

On Friday June 13th the girls went to the park with grandma and all their cousins. The kids had so much fun playing together. My girls are so lucky to live this close to their cousins and actually be friends with each other.

Even Great Grandma DaBell and Max came.

The kids decided they all needed a turn on the cool swing!

Here they are trying to make themselves sick by spinning around and around!!!

Lagoon

Alex, Sam, Taysa and Brooklyn on Kontiki (kids version of the Tidal Wave)
We went to Lagoon on Monday June 9th with Matt's family and had a blast. I have not been to Lagoon for 11 years. The day was just absolutely beautiful. The kids had so much fun on all thekids rides. Thanks mom and dad for the fun trip! We definately need to do it again! Next time hopefully Cloe won't be sick and have to stay home. Thanks Grandma Suni for taking care of our sick little girl!!!
Here are the kids on the Merri-Go-Round. To the left we have Alex and Taysa and to the right we have Brooklyn, Olivia, and Abby. They had so much fun. The first time we went on this ride Brooklyn's horse did not move up and down and she was so upset, so we had to go on it again and make sure her horse moved.

Here is Brooklyn and Sammy on the Airplane ride. They had to do something to entertain themselves while Taysa and Alex rode on Puff. And Taysa and Alex again on the Dinosaur Drop (kids version of Rocket). That was Taysa's favorite ride. Brooklyn's favorite ride was the Flying Aces and Lady Bug Bop.

Here we are on the Train
Doesn't Matt look happy!!!

Memorial Day 2008

B. Roger Haderlie March 18, 1944 - March 14, 2007

Freedom, Wyoming. Isn't this absolutely beautiful? This is where my dad, grandpa, great grandparents, etc... are buried. We went there the Saturday before Memorial day and had a great day. We met my sister and her family there and had lunch with my aunt and uncle who live there in Freedom. Thanks aunt Annette and uncle Cordell for being such great hosts and taking care of us. The kids played and explored the cemetery. We had a great day remembering those we love and have lost.

Great Grandma Baird's funeral

Elmyra B Baird June 13, 1922 - June 2, 2008

Here are my girls all dressed up and ready to go to my Grandma Baird's funeral in Mink Creek, Idaho. It looks like we had a very nice day, but really this was just the beginning. We had sunshine, rain, hail, wind and snow all in a matter of 30 minutes at the cemetery. Despite the weather, the funeral turned out good and we all had a nice day visiting with loved ones we had not seen in years.
